Apartment prices up 0.5 percent in Lithuania in September

Apartment prices in Lithuania increased by 0.5 percent in September, compared to the previous month. According to Ober-Haus, prices in Lithuania have increased 3.2 percent year-on-year, the same figure posted in August. A 2.3 percent increase on last year's figures has seen the average apartment price in Vilnius reach €1497 per sqm. Elsewhere in Lithuania, prices in Klaipėda, Šiauliai and Panevezys increased by 0.4 percent, 0.2 percent, and 1.1 percent respectively in September compared to August, and by 2.6 percent, 6.4 percent and 11.4 percent on a year-on-year basis.
