The Slovak office of the real estate services company CBRE has taken on Anthony Selman, Head of Investment Properties for Central and Eastern Europe. “Statistics show that compared to other V4 countries, the Slovak commercial real estate market remains under-invested. We see significant liquidity growth on the market, which may reach three- to four-times current levels. That's why we’re engaging an industry leader with over 17 years’ relevant experience,“ says Tomáš Hegedűš, CBRE’s CEO for Slovakia. He said Selman would be responsible for bringing new capital to Slovakia and looking after key CBRE clients and that he will continue to be the Head of Investment Properties for CEE. Prior to working with CBRE, Selman led brokerage teams with Cushman & Wakefield in South America, London, Moscow, and Warsaw.

“We see a significant opportunity in Bratislava. In Slovakia we have one of the most successful CBRE branches in Europe, as well as some of the regions most succesful developers and investors," says Selman.
