Andrea Lawrence named deputy CEO of HAP Investments

Andrea Lawrence has been promoted to deputy CEO and general counsel of HAP Investments. In her new role, Lawrence will work with co-founder and CEO Eran Polack to plan, develop and manage the company’s real estate portfolio, which consists of residential developments located primarily in the New York City metro area. Based in HAP’s headquarters in New York City, Lawrence will continue to handle all legal matters as general counsel, a position she’s held since 2013. Lawrence previously served as partner at several law firms in the New York City area, specializing in commercial real estate litigation and transactions.
