Amway renews lease at MLP Pruszków I

Amway Supply Chain Services affiliate Access Business Group has renewed its warehouse lease at MLP Pruszków I. The company’s warehouse in Pruszków covers 3,800 sqm, of which 400 sqm is office space. Cresa Poland represented the tenant, a direct sales company specializing in beauty and home care products. MLP Pruszków I is located 4 km from the A2 motorway and 19 km from Warsaw’s city center. The park features more than 170,000 sqm of warehouse and manufacturing space on 43 ha.
