The Korean computer gaming company Alchemy Gaming has leased 623 sqm in Trimaran, a new office building that's being developed by S+B Gruppe next to its previous project, Element. The deal was brokered by 108 Agency, in cooperation with CzechInvest. Trimaran, an 18,000 sqm project, is part of a growing collection of new office buildings in the Prague 4 – Pankrac district that are being sought out by tech companies. The trend is best exemplified by Avast, the listed anti-virus giant that moved into and essentially acquired the Enterprise complex.

Ondřej Straširybka, Office Consultant, 108 AGENCY, says the gaming industry is "a very dynamic segment, companies are expanding extensively and can afford to be accommodated in state-of-the-art administrative projects that provide adequate technical equipment and, last but not least, increase brand attractiveness in the eyes of potential employees."
