A deal between Torus on the sale and purchase of Phase II of the Alchemia office complex in Gdansk has been finalized with a subsidiary of the Polski Holding Nieruchomości (PHN) Group. The value of the deal has been listed officially at €60.6m. Cushman & Wakefield represented the vendor in the transactions while Savills acted for the buyer. Alchemia is located at 409 Grunwaldzka Avenue in Gdańsk. The second phase of the project was completed in October 2015, offering 25,000 sqm of GLA in two towers of six and eight storeys. Each has its own reception area, and there is a four-storey linking building. It was designed by the APA Wojciechowski Architekci architectural studio.
