AFI Romania’s net operating income up 12.7%

AFI Europe Romania reported a net operating income of €12.2m in the first three months of the year, up 12.7 percent y-o-y. AFI Cotroceni generated €8.3m in Q1, up 2.4 percent from the previous year. The Bucharest shopping center is putting the finishing touches on a 6,500 sqm expansion, most of which has already been leased to Peek&Cloppenburg. AFI Cotroceni retail sales amounted to more than €54m between January and March.
