AFI Europe Romania buys NEPI-Rockcastle offices

AFI Europe Romania has completed its acquisition of Floreasca Business Park, Lakeview and Aviatorilor 8 in Bucharest and City Business Center in Timisoara from NEPI-Rockcastle. The total area of the four class A office projects totals 118,500 sqm. The value of the transaction amounts to €290m. The takeover of the portfolio is scheduled to be completed in the next four months.
“AFI Europe Romania remains committed to developing its strong portfolio on the local market. The acquisition is fully in line with the strategy of expanding our operations in Romania, focusing on high-yield properties,” said Doron Klein, CEO of AFI Europe Romania and the Czech Republic.
