Affidea to acquire Medical Service Budapest

Affidea is in the process of acquiring Medical Service Budapest. The deal is expected to close by 2021. The purchase price has not been disclosed. Medical Service Budapest operates private healthcare centers at the Mammut, Arkad and Corvin Plaza shopping centers in Budapest. The company, which works with 75 doctors, was established in 2013. Affidea operates in 16 countries across Europe. It provides advanced diagnostic imaging, outpatient and cancer care services.
