Advanced refurbishment work begins on Marynarska Point 2

Marynarska Point 2, an office building located on Postepu street in Warsaw, is currently undergoing refurbishment. As part of the work underway, its reception lobby will be fully remodeled. The building’s surroundings will also be redesigned. The communal area on the ground floor of the building will feature a garden-inspired coworking and breakout space, with greenery and street furniture provided in the building’s surroundings. Completion is scheduled for later this year. Tetris was responsible for the preparation of the concept, visualizations and a design as well as project execution. Work is being coordinated by BNP Paribas Real Estate, the property manager for the building. Savills is the sole leasing agent for the office building, which is owned by Bluehouse Capital.
