Adriatic Properties building 5-star hotel on Montenegrin coast

Adriatic Properties has announced that it will invest €22m in the construction of Kraljicina plaza hotel in Budva by the end of 2020. In all, €73 million is to be invested in the scheme over the next two and a half years. The plot on which the hotel is being built is owned by the Hotel and Tourist Company (HTP) Milocer. The contractor that will be building the 21,000 sqm building with 126 units is Bemax. Most of them (43 are singles), but the hotel will also include 44 double bedroom units, and 31 three-rooms.
