The total volume of space leased in Accolade Fund industrial buildings will go over 500,000 sqm at the beginning of October. The industrial real estate investor, which has so far focused on Czech and Polish projects, is also approaching a total fund value of CZK 10bn, having now reached €351.5m, if all deals currently under negotiations are concluded. One-third of its tenants are logistics companies, another third of its total space is used by manufacturing and machinery specialists, while the remainder goes to e-shops and retailers. Investors are putting an average of CZK 4m daily into the fund.

"Fond Accolade collected more than CZK 1bn from investors in 2018," says Fond Accolade's chairman Milan Kratina. "Thanks to the fund, even smaller qualified investors invest into real estate fully occupied by tenants like DHL, KION and its brands Linde, Still and others, Tchibo and other global corporations." He says the fund concentrates on high quality real estate leased on a long-term basis to well-known tenants on a long-term basis.
