Prague’s Na Příkopě street ranks as the 22nd most expensive retail street in the world. It's moved up one spot since last year on Cushman and Wakefield's annual review of the indicator. It found that Pařížská Street and Na Přikopě are now on the same level of around € 220 per sqm/month, with tourist trade having a major impact on store revenues. Prague's Wenceslas Square is expected to catch up soon. Prices have risen significantly since 2016 — Pařížská by 12.8 percent, Na Příkopě by 10 percent.
New Bond Street in London registered the largest y-o-y growth — 37.5 percent – pushing it up to fifth spot. New York‘ s upper 5th Avenue retains its number one spot, while despite a fall of 4.7 percent y-o-y, Causeway Bay Street in Hong Kong remains second.
