The Hungarian National Asset Management Company (MNV) is planning to auction off more than 30 properties in the coming weeks. The properties will be divided into 14 packages and include residential properties around Budapest as well as a waterpark near Pecs and an expo center on the outskirts of Bekescsaba. The MNV auctions were put on hold after the Hungarian government introduced restrictions during the height of the coronavirus crisis. The government is hoping the auctions will help in the effort to restart the economy.
