Crestyl completes fourth office building of DOCK

Crestyl has completed the fourth office building in its new business district DOCK. Nearly all the space in the 20,000 sqm DOCK IN FOUR building has been leased, along with roughly 3,000 sqm of space that was built for services. The biggest tenants in the building are Publicis, Henkel and Hornbach. Crestyl's director Omar Koleilat said that with the residential portion of the project already completed and sold, the entire area has come to life as planned. Designed by the Schindler Seko architekti studio, the new 6-storey office building features 250 underground parking spaces and 1,000 sqm of balconies and terraces with views of the marina below and the Vltava river. The entire development has good automobile connections as well as access to the city's public transportation center, with the Palmovka metro station and tram stops within a five minute walk.
