Copa Retail agreed to lower the rent the City of Prague pays for its headquarters by CZK 800m. The city signed a 20-year lease agreement for Škoda Palace in 2006 for a total of CZK 4.4bn. Copa wanted to either extend the lease until 2028 or change the rental currency to euros instead of Czech crowns. City councillors approved the agreement Thursday, according to Hospodářské noviny. City deputies still need to vote.
