Panattoni Europe is developing a logistics park in Nowa Wieś Wrocławska, southwestern Poland. Panattoni Park Wrocław XI will feature 100,000 sqm of space. Its first tenant is Pantos Logistics. The architectural design will be adapted to occupier needs, both in terms of technical specs and the individual arrangements of manufacturing, warehousing, office and staff space. Tenants will have access to spacious service yards, as well as car parks and ground-level gates. Completion is scheduled for the end of November. “The site of Panattoni Park Wrocław XI enjoys excellent road connections. The project lies right next to the Pietrzykowice junction on the A4 motorway, connecting Poland’s eastern and western borders, and the Wrocław Motorway Bypass A8 is only 4 km away,” said Marek Dobrzycki, managing director of Panattoni Europe. “Lower Silesia also has the advantage of an ample labor pool. The voivodeship is inhabited by 3 million people, with 600,000 in Wrocław alone, and 140,000 students in the city provide the potential for filling all the positions needed by the tenants of the logistics park.”
